I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Provo, UT) in Apr 2011
Interview
The interview process was demanding but very fair. After submitting a resume, I was invited to a group interview where there were about 30 other people. We were all dressed in suits, but the employees were all dressed casually in jeans and shirts. It was shocking at first, but I can appreciate a company that doesn't try to show a fake facade. The group interview was very short and just consisted of a introduction and a question session. Then within about an hour I was invited to take a timed written interview that took about an hour. After another two days I was invited back for a 3rd interview which was just me and three managers where they mostly focused on the answers in my written interview. The next day I was invited to an interview with owners.
There's no psychological questions. It's all really straightforward and everyone is given a fair chance. Demanding, but well worth it.

Interview
I received a phone interview offer email, made an appointment and talked on the phone. I didn't even apply for it, and she said she found my resume through the college resume book. I thought it was a scam email because she was not professional and started with "Hey." But she was an actual recruiter from Qualtrics. She was late for 30 minutes to the phone interview, asked me to tell about myself. She didn't ask any other questions and cut the conversation. It was only about ten minutes interview... felt pretty rude.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Provo, UT) in Jan 2016
Interview
They were very nice and asked straight forward questions. I really liked how laid back the interview felt. Overall it was a good interview to be a part of, and I enjoyed the process.
Pretty Basic questions over the phone and then 10 video interviews you record and submit online. I felt like they were very upfront about what they wanted and I could tell by the interview questions if I would be a good fit for the job or not.
