Para ser una empresa dedicada a la experiencia del cliente, deja mucho que desear en su proceso de entrevista. Tuve que hablar con 4 recruiters antes de agendar una entrevista real. Agendaron la entrevista con muy poca anticipación, no les confirmé asistencia y después deciden "posponer" el proceso al no haber atendido. 2/10 si tuviera que calificar la experiencia durante la entrevista.

Because this was an internal transfer from a different tier role, the interview process was simpler than the initial application to the company. There were several rounds of interviews with internal managers and the hiring manager.
