Great experience meeting great people! Everyone was really excited and seemed happy to be where they were. I had to do a presentation and present to the CEO and some of the senior leadership.

What were some of the challenges faced at my last company?
The interview process starts by the recruiter screening you, Once you clear that - you are scheduled to interview with the hiring manager. Once that is completed, you are then interviewing a panel of solutions architects. The final interview is where you have to present a case - all the top executives join including the CEO! In the end i was GHOSTED!
