I applied online. I interviewed at Quantech Services
Interview
They reached out for an interview fairly quickly after applying. They described the company and role, went over my resume, and asked a few questions- some involving a hypothetical situation on the job where they gauge your response and how you approach problem solving.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Quantech Services (Dayton, OH) in Feb 2017
Interview
I met with the Operations Manager and Director of Midwest Operations, at the regional office. The interview was conducted in their conference room, and it lasted about an hour. They provided details of how the Midwest Operations supports Wright-Patterson AFB, and then the big-picture of the services Quantech provides to the DoD. Very easy-going interview, as they were already impressed with my resume and was certain I'd be a good fit for the position.

Interview
Very relaxed, i'm sure every area manager does them differently but this was a very easy to talk to interviewer that just wanted to get to know you. Dont expect them to know to much about your job functions considering its not in their knowledge for the most part, thats your gov supervisor. I got the feeling they were looking for character traits and requirements for the job given to them by the gov. Certainly nothing to stress out about, in my case the manager was honest and personable.
