I was not local to Edmonton. There are 2 phone interviews. If you pass the phone interview, you have in-person interview with a panel of Research Staff (PhDs) and the CEO. There are 2 parts of the in-person interview: 1) You present your thesis / research project to a panel of PhDs and the CEO. (This is like a thesis defense). There will be a Q&A. 2) After the presentation, it will be an interview question with a smaller panel - CEO, Research Managers.
