Quantive Customer Success Manager (CSM) interview questions

I've had the initial chat with the in-house recruiter, learned more about the role, and talked about my experience a bit much. It seemed like a great fit, she wanted to put me forward for the next stage which was a cognitive and behavioral test. After a week of completing the test, I sent a follow-up email to check on whether there was any news on my application. I got a reply back, that the hiring manager was 'busy' but they will get back to me at some point. Two weeks later, got the rejection - no feedback whatsoever - other than they went with someone else. I'm not upset they went with someone else, but it was a clear lack of communication and feedback. I invested well over 2hrs into this, it would've been nice to know what didn't work out.
