Several rounds of interviews, including line manager, HR, and key stakeholders. Final interview with the CEO. Overall it was a great experience and process was clearly communicated. I had very open conversations that really helped paint the picture of the company culture (passion, persistence, and integrity) I was stepping into.

Very straightforward. HR round and then follow with 3-4 rounds of interview including the CEO. People are nice at QM in general. Make sure to show your passion in the business and the position.

What is the biggest challenge the company has faced?
A recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screening. They went through a list of standard interview questions, some in-depth ones relating to the role, then sent me a rejection the next day. It seemed they already had a batch of candidates ready to move to the next round.
