I had a phone screen, a WebEx interview, and a third in person interview. The third interview was very thorough, it was 3 hours long, I met with all of the C-level managers and was given a tour of the building.

Applied by emailing HR. Received a prompt response, and was considered for all open positions. Filled out an initial questionnaire. If they liked your resume and responses, they will invite you for an in-person interview in front of a panel of the senior engineers/managers in your department. QS will then extend an invite for a working day/project to evaluate a cultural fit and give you an opportunity to see what it's like to work there.
