Enjoy the interview a lot, with good communications and good staff.
1st Round: CTO chat
Talking about your past experiences, about Qudini, about the team
2nd Round: Take home tests
A very interesting small task for you to show the coding skills, a chance for you to showcase yourself. Make sure you are comfortable about your tasks before you submit
3rd Round: A pair programming session with the tech lead and CTO to showcase and explain your implementation and skills you have done in the code test.
Initial telephone interview with HR followed by a call with the hiring manager. Finally, a face to face interview and presentation with the hiring manager.
HR was disorganised - they didn't tell me I had to send my presentation ahead of time. Getting a decision took a week later than they said (after asking a couple of times). Vague feedback.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qudini (London, England) in May 2019
Interview
First was phone screening interview, then one face to face and then I got offer. Process is pretty simple. First I was asked general questions about motivation, my current status and expectations.
