Senario questions and a small written part about why you feel you would be good at this job. They review the responsibilities also. Its pretty easy. I never worked with this population before and was able to get the job. Also a small mini activity has to be done. I did mock chinese lanterns.

Interview
It was nothing to make you sweat. You have a chance to complete a short lesson with a group of clients. The watch how you connect with the clients and to check to see if it was effective.
