I applied online. I interviewed at Queens Hospital Center (Queens, NY) in Sept 2022
Interview
The first interview was pretty straight forward in which i believe i did extremely well. Which was followed up with a 2nd interview with 3-4 managers present. One of the longest most extensive interviews i have encountered, The interview prolonged for more than an hour of situational based questions. And questions in regards to dealing with older staff who in totality "stuck in their ways" . I feel i did pretty well even under that much pressure. The interview ended on a great note i was reassured i should receive a update if they wanted to move forward with my application to come in person to meet staff or if not chosen i would be notified in which i was not I received no follow up not even an email notifying me that i wasn't chosen for the position had to go back to my application status to see it updated 6 months later that i was not chosen felt like a complete waste of time and tbh a slap in the face since i wasn't even notified.
