HR Screening/Director interview/Panel Interview and senior management. It depended on who was available to interview at the time. I did a phone screen with HR, met with a director, had a panel interview and then their Executive Director. It was a relaxed setting in one of their conference rooms. I was given a short tour of where the representatives sit and I met with a few of the representatives. Everyone was very pleasant and very busy
