Questar Assessment interview questions

Talked for a while to the heads of the department, then the people I'd be working with directly; they made sure I'd know what my job would be and if I'd fit in with other members of the publishing department

It was horrible and poorly managed. The guy acted like I had no idea what I was talking about when he couldn't give me examples of what they were looking for. He did not look at my website or reel prior to interview and then preceded to tell me what they wanted was not on my website. Why did you interview me at all then? The man was extremely accusatory and then acted as if my Undergrad in film from Columbia and Masters in Social Media where not quality teaching experiences. At least not as quality as his degree from DePaul. His questions did not link up at all with the Job Application. He acted as if it was a VHX job when it was listed as a Social Media and Graphic Design Job. Wish I had just hung up the phone on him.
