It was a straight forward interview with no programming questions. They asked how you would handle different problems and what team work have you done in the past. They we talked about what they do on a day to day basis.

Interview
Pre-interview call for a security clearance pre-screen. The first half of the actual interview was them talking about how great it is to work for the company and what social benefits there are. The second half was a semi-technical interview where they gave an overview of responsibilities and asked what experience I had with web development.

The Process was started with me meeting them at there headquarters where I was interviewed by two people. The bulk of the interview was centered around my resume and asking me to explain the different parts of it. They then asked me questions about how I handled problems and teamwork.
