Even though the interview process initially seemed good, the way the results were communicated was very disappointing. I cleared all four rounds, including two technical interviews. However, in the final cultural round, I was rejected after being asked questions about my native place and other unrelated, unprofessional topics. This was extremely disheartening. Had I been rejected during a technical round, it would have been understandable. But being rejected at the final stage without any clear or job-related reason felt like a complete waste of time and effort. Not knowing the reason for rejection makes the experience even more disappointing.
