The interview process took a week. First they send you and text to come in a take a math test, which the text was basic adding and subtracting with a total of 10 questions. If you past the math text they will call you to come in for a interview. If you got the job, they will call you to come back for orientation if not they will send you a letter with in 14 days

Interview
Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
