I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at QuikTrip (Tulsa, OK) in Mar 2016
Interview
I went in to take the test. There was about a two minute video that described QT and what it's like to work there. Then they ask if you would like to continue the application process. if you say yes you take the math test which is basically just making sure you can count back change without a cash register. no calculators are allowed but they give you a pencil and paper to work with. if you pass the test you go in for the interview. the interview was easy. they just ask you some basic questions and then they give you a piece of paper explaining that if you are selected for the job you will receive a phone call giving you the details about your orientation. if you are not selected they will send you a letter in the mail. on that piece of paper is a coupon for any sized drink hot or cold.

Interview
Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Question 1
Simple interview questions - Tell me about yourself..etc
Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
