I had a very disappointing experience with Quilt Software’s interview process. I went through four rounds of interviews, each requiring significant time and preparation. Throughout the process, I was told I would be informed either way about the final decision.
After the last interview, communication completely stopped. I followed up politely and received no response. Being ghosted by a company after multiple rounds of interviews is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort.
The interviews themselves were fine, but the lack of follow-through and basic courtesy left a very negative impression. Candidates deserve transparency and closure—especially after investing so much time. I hope they improve their communication and candidate experience moving forward.
