I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Quintype in Feb 2020
Interview
Duration: 1 month
Process:
Stage 1: Resume and Portfolio Shortlisting
Stage 2: Informal phone call
Stage 3: Assignment (for both UI and UX) ( 1 person )
Stage 4: 1 on 1 live revision on the assignment ( 1 person )
Stage 5: Technical interview ( 2 people )
Stage 6: HR interview ( 2 people )
Points to consider:
1. I applied for a fresher role.
2. I don't have a degree in any field of design (I'm a b.tech student).
3. Recruiters are very friendly and helpful.
4. Must have a strong portfolio.
5. Must have a basic sense of design.
6. More emphasis is given on your thought process, than your technical skills.
7. Accept criticism and always leave on a positive note no matter what the result is.
What I didn't like:
1. There are times when it takes days (In my case almost a week) until you receive a reply.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Quintype (Bengaluru) in Jan 2020
Interview
Recruiter(Nidhi Bopanna) reached out with a problem assignment - Cab hailing service implementation along with UT in 4 hours. It was supposed to be followed by a panel discussion post review by the interview panel. But they didnt care to even review it.Highly un-professional and no respect for candidate's time.
