R.E. Mason interview questions

The interview process was approximately four hours long and consisted of back-to-back 30-minute interviews with different team members. Many of the questions covered similar themes, often phrased in slightly different ways. I rated the interview as “difficult” primarily due to the length and the expectation to remain highly engaged and repetitive throughout the entire process.

Very detailed had multiple interviews. Multiple test but mostly related to personality. Seemed to be a very family type culture. I like the approach the company is taking to secure employees as many have been around for a lot of years.
