Interview
My first impression was, "I really want to work here". The office was clean and well-designed and the people seemed to be very happy. The interview was very informal because I came in when a lot of people were on vacation. It was more of a conversation with a Senior Manager than anything structured with HR. I met one other person for a very quick Q&A and then the three of us went to lunch. I received a call a couple weeks later with a job offer and the rest is history.

Question 1
As mentioned above my interview was more of a conversation. I didn't get any tough questions that I felt I couldn't answer. I was interviewing for an entry level position so I think they were just trying to figure out if I had a good personality and was smart enough to write, type, and communicate.
