R&M Consulting interview questions

I was approached by a recruiter stating my experience would be perfect for an opening, We had a phone call and I was told I would be a great fit and they'd send my resume over to the team. I sent a follow up and was told again what a great addition I would be. After that I did not hear anything, I sent two follow ups. The lack of communication was disheartening. It would have taken two minutes to write an email with a formal update.
