Asked the usual questions: tell me a time when...
Legal Research: would be asked the legal position in regards to certain scenarios. You would get 10mins to conduct research and then would have to return with a response.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RAC (Bristol, England) in Jul 2024
Interview
Approached by recruitment agency. Submitted my CV through their system and was invited for interview. Strongly suggest prepping for tort (specifically negligence) and contract law questions. Found the actual interview quite intimidating as both interviewers had laptops open which I haven't seen in an interview before. Only one of the interviewers asked the questions which I also found strange. Found the interviewer to be disinterested and mostly talked about themselves.

Conversation about work experience and qualifications. Some quick legal questions on claims, consumer and contract law. Scenario based questions on contract and consumer law which they only expected fast / simple responses.
