Interview
They found my interview on monster.com and reached out to me. An interview was set up the next day and I was interviewed with two other women in a room. The person interviewing was extremely nice however the interview was short and the questions were pointless; the other two women were asked what they do in their free time, I was asked about my work history. This made me feel like the bar was set extremely low. I was then asked to take a technical support test and based on my results I did not have to take part 2. I was offered a job immediately and came for training the next week.

Interview
The interview process was quick which it made it better for me and the time they said it will take was accurate. The interviewers was nice, direct and explained the job perfectly.

Interview
No interview was needed. You need very minimal experience. Great job for customer service experience.the on boarding process is easy and training is exponential great. Although you may be hired for a position it can be changed to another client but the change is smooth and training is just as great! Great opportunities and great advancement.
