Processo com rh ok, aparentemente bastante transparencia. 1 ligação por vídeo.
Uma vez aprovado com RH, me passaram um teste técnico. Entreguei no prazo, o retorno foi negativo, dizendo que poderia ser melhor em algumas áreas, mas não especificaram quais. Todos os requisitos estavam sendo atendidos.

Eu recebi o contato da recrutadora por email e depois pelo Whatsapp. Fiz uma entrevista rápida e uma conversa rápida para avaliar o meu nível de inglês, A segunda fase, que envolvia um teste técnico para ser entregue em até 5 dias. Depois da entrega do teste eu tive uma entrevista com os gestores da vaga. Uma entrevista técnica com perguntas mais voltadas a minha experiência e algumas perguntas tecnicas com relação a linguagem C++. Eu não recebi uma oferta, mas tive um feedback da entrevista e a recrutadora fez um ótimo acompanhamento do processo como um todo o que é um diferencial comparado com outros processos que participei

The interview started with a resume review by a two lead developers, followed by a technical screening and a written programming test. The first question was finding a bug, then the meaning of an obscure typedef in C, a function implementation and finally how many taxis are there in São Paulo.
