Interview process was well run, they were very communicative during scheduling and about next steps. Asked a mix of regular + technical questions to know more about me, my management style, and knowledge in the subject area.

Can you speak on how familiar you are with the different ESG frameworks?
Interview process was smooth and clearly communicated by their team. They set up different calls with different members of the team. It was nice having a point person to work/schedule with.
Mix of situational questions with work style preferences. Some fun questions as well to see how you think and get an idea of your personality. This is done over 2-3 interviews
