      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at REACH.ai (Scottsdale, AZ) in Nov 2018

      Interview

Had an in person interview that I thought went well, they said they wanted to do another one and would follow up. Had brief email exchange with woman from HR saying the manager would call me. After that totally ghosted me. Then when I posted that they did this here it got removed for some reason. So posting again. Totally unprofessional company.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at REACH.ai (Scottsdale, AZ) in Dec 2018

      Interview

I truly appreciated and enjoyed it. It was very fair and made me think on my feet which is a good sign of a company going places and growing because they need good people to be able to grow with it. It was two way conversational and they were trying to understand if I was a cultural fit as well as a skill set fit. I got to meet the CMO and VP Sales and President who were all very professional with strong leadership skills and immediately inspired confidence in me. They each had a different perspective on my position and contributions but were all aligned in the big picture and it was amazing how smoothly the interview process and business runs here. I’m impressed!
