      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at REHAU in Jan 2011

      Interview

      Panel interview, questions regarding how I would react in a specific situation, questions regarding my knowledge of Rehau, discussion of basic company benefits, company culture, and detailed discussion regarding the position. First level was with the HR Manager, second level with the Department Manager, and third was with the Director.
