You apply online. You get a phone interview, and then a group interview. If you want the phone interview, stand out. If you want to pass the group interview, be good at working in groups, attentive, enthusiastic, humble, and team spirited. It's a group culture environment, everything is GO TEAM! If you are a natural leader, lead, if you are a follower, follow, but don't be a wall flower or loner--doesn't fit the culture. It's an outdoor retailer, some enthusiasm for the outdoors is naturally preferred. Don't fake it, if none of this is "you," then you won't fit in and won't be happy with your work or environment.
