Apply on line, group interview and unwilling to accommodate stutters like myself as group interviews can greatly put us at a disadvantage. Unwillingness to work with me to accommodate for my stutter makes me question to even support them as company after being a long time customer and member from my experience especially as they have a competitor directly across the street from them.

As a stutter the whole interview because it was a group interview. When asked if possible to have a 1 on 1 interview to accommodate for my stutter I was told it was not an option.
During the interview process the staff was Friendly there was a Standard zoom call interview. Once hired there is Group onboarding. Lots of information and in depth training. Training from the floor team was really helpful.

Wow it was fantastic the person that I interviewed with was so understanding it was like I was talking to someone I knew for years. I can’t wait to go to orientation!!
It was a group interview with a bunch of other candidates, we watched videos and broke down into groups to discuss various topics and scenarios that may happen in a retail scenario

After watching a video, they had us break down into groups and discuss what we saw as they took notes
