I applied on their website and a few weeks later I got and email that said if I was still interested in working there to call and ask for someone in the hiring department. I called and had a brief phone interview with super basic questions and then I was invited to a group interview. The interview had a super casual vibe and everyone was really nice.

We had to pick an item and sell it to someone else.
They could only offer me a part time position at 8 hours a week. It was a joke, they should not have advertised that they were hiring if they barely had any hours available.
Over online Hirevue sent email immediately. Took about 15 minutes. a few retires, but very much like an interview without the actual human.

I walked in and the manager asked me a few questions right there. He said they had just got done a round of hiring, but I gave him my name and phone number. He asked about work experience, what I was doing now (college, etc.), and about my love for the outdoors.
