Interview
I interviewed for a part-time position. Interview was a 30 minute phone interview with pretty standard interview questions. The interviewer was very nice and clearly loved working at REI and seemed very enthusiastic to talk about REI and the work culture there. Very easy process!

Question 1
Name a time you had a conflict with a coworker. How did you resolve it?
First, had an ‘interview’ where I recorded answers to a few video questions and some check the box questions. After that, had a group interview with 2 others plus the hiring manager over video. Took turns answering questions.
