it was pretty friendly, and folks at Reliance Pacific, are very technical. Initially they did a phone interview, it was kind of preliminary round, and just to test the waters, and whether, I really fit in their requirement or not, then we got me on skype call, it was a 30 minute call, and the recruiting team was on time and conducted the interview in very professional way.
