Silly. Someone from HR set up the call and asked me many questions about whether or not I would fit culturally. They made a bid deal about an inclusive environment with very little about my qualifications.

Several questions about whether I am comfortable in situations that seem like they wouldn't apply to a field person. I felt like they were looking for a person that would fit in to some kind of quota.

Received a phone call a month after applying for the job. The phone interview consisted of questions about my previous construction experience. Received an offer the week after the interview.
