Applied online, was contacted through e-mail the next day to schedule a phone interview the following week. The phone interview went well and was asked to come in for an interview. Interview was in the works to be set up, communicating over e-mail, however the interview never happened because they didn't let me know until a week and half later while I was still trying to maintain contact with them,(they were not replying) that they decided to move forward with someone else,
