Very quick to respond to my emailed resume and cover letter - interview scheduled within the week. Interview 1: 60 minutes of questioning on my current job and what I am looking for that is different, what type of management I prefer, etc. Then a 30 minute speed test. Interview 2: Emailed to come back in within 24 hrs - Had a 30 minute interview more specific on what I would bring to the table and an explanation of the job. Then a 30 min scenario questionnaire. Interview 3: Emailed within 48 hours to come back in and meet the Advisor I would work with. This was a 60 minute interview with same type of questions already covered, also learned more about the book we are working on together and his aspirations for the team. Interview 4: notified within 48 hours of next interview with Advisor where he presented me with the 3 year career plan and salary expectations. Since this was much lower than expected he wanted me to take time to think about it. Interview 5: Phone conversation with head advisor for me to understand more about his concerns, about 45 minutes. Then received an email the next morning saying that I was too ambitious for him and he didn't think it was a right fit. He introduced me to another advisor in the firm. Interview 1: Met in person and discussed the job and myself, same questions as the first 4, about 75 minutes. Interview 2: Went through a biography questionnaire (11 pages), personality test (950 questions), Logical reasoning test (40 questions) and Conflict Resolution questionnaire (60 questions). Then went into office to meet with Industrial Psychologist, completed mathematical test and conceptual test totalling just over an hour. Then met with the psychologist for about 75 minutes. Finished with an 80 question career test. Interview 3: Met with the advisor to review her opinion with psychologist, she also turned me down because I was too ambitious and my results were too high on the testing - she was concerned I would be bored. About 60 minutes for this final round Total time spent: 18 Hours in 8 Interviews/Test plus 14 Hours in Driving
