Spoke to the manager briefly over the phone (after multiple attempts to contact them via email after they initially contacted ME, they took almost 2 weeks to "schedule" an interview and said they tried contacting me via phone and it went to VM but they never left a voicemail.. Who doesn't leave a voicemail when it comes to a job opportunity? They lack professionalism. When interviewing you MUST schedule a call with the candidate, you can't just randomly call them & expect them to be available. He didn't even ask good questions & only did the interview because I had to contact him multiple times. I have over 6 years of experience in the role they were hiring for and I didn't even receive a call back for a 2nd interview, he also ignored all my emails when I followed up. It's not okay to ghost candidates, just be honest and transparent.
