Standard interview process but it went very quick from the initial phone to the offer. phone screen, tech review in person, meet with owner, offer went through drug screen and criminal background checks

A dozen random calls from the CEO, a handful of calls from the Director of Sales, a call from the CEO's wife to do my hiring work and the CFO to do generic paperwork.
