Easy and quick interview with HR then set up with dept manager and that interview was easy as well. I met with the dept manager and then two specific managers in the same dept. they asked simple questions
I would consider my interview process to be in 3 different stages. The initial stage was with their recruiter, who spoke to me at length about the company and RLI’s benefit package.
The 2nd stage was with who would be my direct manager. This meeting really educated me on company culture, what my role would entail and how it fits in the overall insurance product, and the manager’s outlook on being with the company for as long as they have.
The 3rd stage was a meeting with the manager a step above, it seemed to be more of a reassurance that I would be a good match personality and ambition wise.

Question 1
What was one time where you dealt with a miscommunication or disagreement between fellow employees.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RLI (Peoria, IL)
Interview
My interview experience with RLI was very personable. I went through two rounds, and in both, the interviewers made me feel comfortable and at ease. It was clear that RLI truly hires good people, and the process felt more like a conversation than a test. My advice to candidates is to focus on showing your true personality and dedication — that’s what matters most here.
