Complete waste of time. New grads, don’t bother. Experienced candidates, bother even less.
-Submit resume. Don’t worry about anything on it. They’ll take anyone they can get. Turnover is RAMPANT.
-Sue sends a list of 6 generic questions that you can find detailed in several other reviews. Again, no need to overthink here. They’ll take anyone they can get.
-Donn calls and you have an extremely creepy, unusual conversation early in the morning. He routinely mentions “attitude of gratitude.” Felt cultish. Read other reviews and you’ll understand why.
-Invited for in-office interview with Donn. Again, felt cultish.
-Never hear back. Completely unprofessional and a waste of both parties’ time.

Something about a business podcast or article you couldn’t put down.
The process was a bit intense but thought through. It was a phone call and then a personality test and then an in person interview. Overall it felt like they were trying to find the right fit.

Professional and engaging conversation with staff; very thorough interview process! Both employees that I interacted with were kind and respectful. I answered a few questions via email, then was scheduled for a phone conversation to get to know each other better. I appreciated their focus on the values and personality fit for both parties.
