First was a screening call from the Principal head for 15 mins which was followed by technical heads of the department for 1 hour. The interviewers made me feel at ease and patiently listened to my answers. They asked me practical industry-based and some policy-based questions. All the questions were relevant to my field, but somehow on that day most of the questions they asked me I could not answer aptly, or maybe I wasn't telling them what they wanted to hear.
