The interview was a two part process. Mostly discussing the company and what they do. I was able to touch on how my experience related to those areas, and also things I thought I could bring to the table. The focus was mores o on the company, and the questions asked did not truly gauge my skill set, as opposed to if I would fit with the company and be able to do the different things they wanted (none of which truly aligned with the position).
