I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RP Management (Exeter, PA) in Sept 2019
Interview
An interview was set up in the wrong location, a very far drive for me, for the wrong position, so we weren't off to a great start. The interviewer was confused as to why I was there and expressed further displeasure that I didn't have an advanced degree. He tuned me out, avoided eye contact and scanned his phone after the discovery. It was humiliating, unnecessary and insulting. If advanced degrees are so vital to their positions, ensure that happens during a phone screening (it didn't) or actually read the resumes before scheduling appts (looks like that didn't happen either), and ensure the employees who have those degrees, actually utilize them and do their jobs.

Question 1
Do you have any education or do you just think you can do this job because you think you'd be good at it?

Interview
Had an in-person interview with Regional Asset Manager (Mashona). It went well, she scheduled a 2nd interview on the spot. A few days later I had a conflict and left a voicemail to reschedule, she never called back and that was the end of it!

Question 1
Questions surrounded the job functions & understanding of my experience. Nothing too formal.

Interview
OFFENSIVE. Interviewer flat out told me " ignore them, they eventually go away" about residentswho were outside the office shouting that no one has been in the office since the take over. That alone was a immediate turnoff . As I waited for my interview, I had a resident tell me that they mess up people's leases and I shouldn't apply there. She thought I was applying for a place, I guess.
