There were 2 interviews - one on the phone with HR & another with the team in person or via Skype. There was also a project assigned with the application, where you use a creative medium to explain how you're a curious collaborator.

Our internship program is super competitive and we have hundreds of applicants for about 20 spots. If you didn't get an offer, don't despair and feel free to try again next term.
It was a two stage interview process. The first stage was a phone screen interview with an HR rep. The second stage was a zoom interview with the specific team you were being considered for.

About 2 interview process and a 500 word written essay about yourself. Interviewed with the recruiter then was ghosted for an update until I reached back out. The internship interview process for this company is very odd. Very disappointed and won't be applying again.
Thanks for the feedback - I'm very surprised to hear this. My team is super connected and great about follow up. I suspect that what you perceived as "ghosting" was actually just an interval in the process. We receive hundreds of applications for about 25 internship spots, and our recruiters reply to EVERY single person as soon as they can.
