Interview
The interview process contained a phone call, folowed by 2 video calls all 1 week apart from eachother. Prior to the video interviews a cognetive test was performed. The video interviews were held with 2 or more people with mostly personality questions.
Introduction presentation by former grads and HR staff, then small group case study of 4-5 ppl on a non-technical topic. After this is wrapped up there's an individual interview by a partner and an associate.
Tedious in some ways, very thorough in others. Psychometric testing is common and can make the difference when your CV is lacking in certain areas. Overall pleasant experience but could be made more straightforward.
Alot of behavioral questions and the standard questions about you, work experience, why i want to work at the company and why in the specific deparrtment i am working in.
