Very efficient and i was able to locate everything. You were also able to understand what is asked of you very clearly. Great process overall. The assessment was also very easy to understand but did prove to be difficult
Apply online and then online assessment, after had an online assessment centre around 4 hours including a group/pair component. After had an in person interview and got to talk to a current trainee
1)application on the website 2)online assessments 3)virtual job simulation 4)invitation for online assessment centre(consists of interview, group tasks, and a written task)
If successful then interview before they decide on whether you get the placement
Online application, online test, video interview, AC. Its okay but the AC was quite difficult for me because that's my first AC. The connection was quite bad but the result was very quick just 1 week after assessment centre day.
