RSUI Group interview questions

Applied through university job board and then emailed HR on a Monday. Was emailed back almost immediately and set up a phone call for that Wednesday. The phone screening was simple and I think is used to gauge the personality of the applicant. Was then extended an offer to come into the office to interview the following Wednesday. The HR woman was very friendly and nice and I enjoyed speaking with her. Went in for my interview and took a test on Excel which I felt confident about. Was then interviewed by the HR women and after, the women who I would be working under. Both very nice and friendly! I was excited about the opportunity and the people (side note: not a lot of young people work there from what I observed) and the facility is beautiful with a great location! I left feeling good about the interview and sent my follow up emails the next day. I never received a response from either women which I thought was odd given how fast the responses were to my previous emails and phone calls. I waited a week and emailed the HR women another follow up. She promptly responded to me telling me they decided to go with other applicants with backgrounds that more match the role. Though disappointed, I've read reviews on here that most of their hires are from personal recommendations so I understand. Just a heads up for anyone applying without one!

Process was extremely quick. Recommendations in the industry are pivotal as they admitted they only looked to see I had a college degree. Rest of resume was useless.
