Interview
I originally had a short phone interview with the hiring manager. He asked me a few basic questions on econometrics. Arrangements were made to bring me in to interview in person. Met with several different people in the program over the course of a day and answered the basic questions including why RTI. Asked to speak about my past research experience. Few days later they phoned to make me an offer.

Interview
It was a slow process but definitely worth the wait. I was contacted by email to set up a phone interview a few weeks after submitting my application, then brought in for a half-day interview and met with most of the people I'd be working with; then a few weeks later (maybe about six) I was called in again to meet with senior executives in my center. The next day I got a phone call with a job offer.

Interview
Had a brief phone screening interview followed by a full day interview a few weeks later. Required to give a presentation and had five 30 minute interviews. Everyone was very nice, the questions were not too difficult although some of the individual interviews were more technical than others.
