RTS Labs Java Developer interview questions

In response to my job application I was given assessment and some behavioral questions to complete. Around 15 days after submission I got an email to schedule a call with HR person. I did conversation with HR person and then I was told that an interview would be scheduled with Technical person. But after that I didn't got any call or email response. I sent followup emails and even called the company. But I didn't got any response back on my application. After more than 1 month I got negative response even without giving an interview which was supposed to be scheduled with technical person.
