I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at RTX (Tucson, AZ) in Mar 2017
Interview
Had a screen with a technical recruiter that covered my technical background and explained the nature of the company and position. HR followed up to fly me out to their location and have me stay a few days in the area. On-site I met with a few groups for about two hours, one group quizzed me on my technical experience with systems they used. The other group asked about group dynamics and software development experience. This was followed up with a brief tour of their facility and lunch. Overall it was a good experience, resulting offer package was very competitive for this area.

Question 1
What is object oriented programming? What is object sharing? An example where I used interruption.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Tucson, AZ) in May 2018
Interview
Two main stages, Phone interview and In-person. The phone interview is where you get the standard "Test Questions". Most of it was pretty basic, and it seems like this is standard for the Missile Systems Segment.
The next stage was in person. Big event, flown out to Tuscon for 2 days. Most of it was trying to convinced you to join up, interview was pretty short and seemed like they just wanted to check and make sure you were legit. It feels like if you made it this far, youre probably going to be fine. All questions were about experience at previous company. Just make sure you can explain in the correct jargon like you actually worked on the things you say you did and you should be good.
Understand that here (Missile Systems) you need a clearance. If you dont have one you have to wait until you do before you can start, this can take a few months of time so be aware.
